For Balaji Lubricants, Designed, Manufactured and Commissioned Used Oil Re-refining plant with the process technology of Indian Institute of Petroleum.
For the Indian Railway Construction company, We Designed, Manufactured, Commissioned and performed the Operation and Maintenance of 150 TPH Crushing and Screening plant. This was our entry into the Crushing and Screening field.
A long relation of nearly 6 years started with the building of 3 Distillery Effluent treatment plants for the KEDIA group. Distillery Effluent Treatment plants of 25 - 100 KLPD capacities were built with Indigenous Technology. During this phase the constitution of the company changed to Private Limited.
1997 We started developing Vertical Shaft Impactor in 1995 and by 1997 developed the first Indigenous VSI for producing artificial sand.
The first VSI machine in India was displayed in CONSTRO 1997 and a full demonstration plant was set up to showcase and promote the artificial sand as a perfect substitute to the natural sand. We monopolized the production for VSI machines for 6 yrs with over 85 installations in India.
We accepted a challenging job of building a Hydro tester for testing SAW/Spiral Pipes for the MAN Industries LTD. We were successful in producing a perfect import substitute of this product with a scaled up model.
We started our GLOBAL YATRA with the export of different Construction and Demolition attachments for Earth-Moving machines.
Neeraj Mujumdar joined the NCM SHOAVA Pvt Ltd as a Project Manager and successfully developed, manufactured and exported the first indigenously made Hydraulic Rock Breaker for Backhoe loaders.
After Manufacturing and exporting 100 Hydraulic Rock Breakers, we laid the foundation for the 100% Export Oriented Unit NCM Exports.
Inaugurated the 100% Export Oriented Unit for the export of Hydraulic Rock Breakers for Backhoe loader.
We successfully expanded our range, to include the Hydraulic Rock breakers for 13 MT Excavator class.
Launched NCM Rock Breakers (NRB F-series and M-series ) in Indian market after developing models specifically suitable for Indian conditions. Launched NCM Quick Couplers in India.
